My Services
Patient advocacy services are always tailored for your needs.
The first step is an initial meeting of about 90 minutes (this can be in person or via phone) to discuss your concerns and goals. From there, I will build a plan that I will share and edit with you to ensure you feel it meets your needs. There is a set fee for the initial consult.
After the initial meeting, the plan I develop will provide a summary of your situation, outline the scope of work I will be doing, have a timeline needed to complete the work, list action items for you and me and detail costs based on my action items and timeline. At that time, you decide if you approve my plan and if your need is just one hour, one week, or if you want to place Your Voice Health Advocacy on retainer. All services are billed hourly. Pre paid retainers will be billed at a discounted hourly rate.
I am available to you Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm and weekends on an as needed basis. If the scope of the work requires attending medical appointments I will absolutely make myself available outside of regular business hours.

How I can help you!
Your Voice Health Advocacy assists individuals in navigating the healthcare environment to ensure prompt, quality care, respectful interactions with providers and an understanding of their healthcare needs that leaves them with a feeling of ownership of their medical care and comfortable in their decisions.
Simply put, I advocate on your behalf so that you feel empowered maneuvering through the complex healthcare system.
While hospital networks have patient advocates they primarily focus on the needs of the hospital. As a private patient advocate employed by you, I am solely interested in your wellbeing and ultimate medical goals.
